I am so excited to share with you this adorable collection of little woodland fairies. They are near and dear to my heart as I have a personal connection to the theme. I’ve created this in honour of my late nan, aka Nanny. She was one of the original “flowers fairies”, the Double Daisy to be exact, who as a young child was drawn by the artist as inspiration for the now famous collection. Another fun fact is that my grand-nan made the costumes out of crepe paper to help the portraits come to life back in the early 1920’s.
